Kyle opened Nauticus this year with a simple aim: to champion Scottish produce wherever possible. For Valentine's Day, he has created a refreshing and fruity whisky sour recipe with Shackleton Blended Malt Whisky and Aelder Wild Elderberry Elixir, for those with adventurous tastes.
What You Need
1.4 oz (40ml) Shackleton Blended Malt Whisky
0.7 oz (20ml) Aelder
0.35 oz (10ml) Dry Curaco
0.5 oz (15ml) Aperol
0.35 oz (10ml) Lemon
1 Egg white
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well, then add some ice and shake again.
Serve in an elegant stemmed glass.
