Explorers Iced Tea

What you need

  • 25ml Shackleton Blended Malt Whisky
  • 12.5ml Triple Sec
  • 1/2 lemon (squeezed)
  • A bottle/can of cola
  • cubed ice
  • Glass: highball or tin mug

Serve

Combine all the ingredients except the cola and add to a highball filled with cubed ice. Top with a splash of cola and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Antarctic Mule

What you need

  • 25 ml Shackleton Blended Malt Whisky
  • cubed ice
  • a bottle/can of ginger beer
  • lime
  • sprig of mint
  • Glass: tin mug or highball

Serve

Add 25ml of Shackleton to a tin mug filled to the brim with cubed ice. Top with quality ginger beer, garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
